The '81 490 of course, is considered the best motocross bike ever built. If you own one, you know it's true . . . and if you don't own one, you want one.
Parts of this manual are typical Maico: plenty of information, but things like photos and illustrations are only average quality.
There are blow-apart diagrams and lots of how-to-do-it information and all relevant specs.
Totals about 90 pages and all pages were copied so photos are as clear as possible, although some still aren't as good quality as we'd like.
Covers the 250/400 and 490 models.
Includes additional tests and Maico upgrade sections from various publications.
