The 10 inch album is in fair condition with some wear on the record label. I have not verified the sound quality of the record. Columbia recommends a speed of 80 rpm for records from this era instead of 78 rpm with traditional LP.   The record could use a good cleaning before playing as it has not been played in over 75 years.
