HUDSON ESSEX TERRAPLANE VINTAGE FOLDING LAWN CHAIR RARE w/ WHITE TRIANGLE LOGO

Description

This very rare Hudson Essex Terraplane folding lawn chair has a classic tubular aluminum frame with red webbing and bold triangle logo in white lettering. Not sure of its exact age or origin. My guess is that it was probably made in the '50s or '60s, possibly by or for a HET Club member? Seat height is 16", width is 19" (minus arms), chair back sits 32" in height from ground. Chair is in very good used condition. Webbing has a couple of small stains & spots, but is strong and undamaged. Frame was lightly polished to remove oxidation, but will shine up to a high polish if you wish to fully-restore it (seat and back are removable, held in place with screws).
