AUCTION DESCRIPTION:“Texas Jaycees Catholic Missions, State Outlines, Delegates, Jake, LeRoy, Trade Pins.”
“Annual Meeting Pins”
‘Texas Jaycees Historical Pins including State Outlines’
Circa: Various Years
I spent 10 years with the Missouri Jaycees and attended several Jaycees National Conventions as well as local and state activities all over the nation. During this time period I acquired hundreds of local, regional, state trading pins, medallions, and patches. I will be selling them on Ebay over the next few months as time allows. If you are looking for older pins, feel free to contact me via any auction and if I have a desired pin, pins, or patches I will list them much sooner. Most of the pins available are in mint condition unless noted.
This auction is for twenty two (22) Texas Jaycees trading pins. All pins are made of fine pewter, gold color plated metal, enamel inlays and are all marked on the back sides as pewter. All pins have the safety pin clasp and in working condition. The state outline pin is of the old Texas territory pin which included the Northwest section that was later to become part of New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The five Mission pins are old Catholic Mission landmarks of Texas. This is one of the finer pewter sets of all Jaycee pins and highly collectible for Jaycees, Landmark enthusiasts, Texas history buffs, and Catholic historians.
