    Description

    The Thailand 50 Baht banknote is part of the 1996 issues. It measures 144 x 72 mm. The obverse side shows King Bhumibol Adulyadej in the uniform of the Supreme Commander with royal robes, the King's monogram with 50th Anniversary insignia, and a transparent window with King's bust. The reverse side features the monument of King Rama VII, the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, and the Thai coat of arms. This banknote has no security thread and contains a shadow image watermark with a Rama IX design.
