    Description

    The Thailand 50 Baht banknote was issued by the Government of Thailand in 2017 to commemorate King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX). The obverse of this blue banknote features the Royal Garuda emblem and Bhumibol Adulyadej wearing the Royal House of Chakri gown. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the Royal Garuda emblem and Bhumibol Adulyadej royal ceremonies at the early stage of his enthronement, The banknote is 144 x 72 mm in size and bears a windowed security thread with demetalized 50 and Thai text. It also has a watermark that reflects Rama IX and an electrotype Thai text. This commemorative banknote is in uncirculated condition.
