    Description

    The Thailand 500 Baht banknote was issued by the Government of Thailand between 1975 and 1988. The obverse of this purple banknote features the Royal Garuda emblem, a mythical statue, and Bhumibol Adulyadej wearing a royal full dress. The reverse depicts the Pro Prang Sam Yot Khmer temple at Tambon Tha Hin. The banknote measures 160 x 83 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with printed Thai text. It also carries a watermark that reflects Rama IX. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
