For sale here is great looking US WW2 USN Navy WAVES Dental Technician 1st Class Rating.  This is a small rating that is approximately 4 1/2" tall and 3" wide.  The stripes, eagle, and rate are all fully embroidered onto a dark background of dark worsted wool.  The white does not glow under a black light except for one spot that appears to be cleaner.  This is a nice rarer rating for your collection.
