    Description

    Vintage Chinese stoneware tumbler or handle-less tea cup/mug.  This item is unmarked, however it features Chinese Hanzi Script, so I imagine it was made in China, but I don't know.
    This unusual cup appears to be handmade on a pottery wheel, as the sides are not perfectly cylindrical.  The cup is not quite ivory but more light tan in color and has rust red trim around the rim of the cup and also the base.  The glaze is crazed, I believe on purpose as part of the design. It is glazed inside and out.  The cup measures just over 4 inches tall and about 3 inches in diameter.
    Very neat conversation piece.  Use it for your morning tea or to hold buds from the garden or pens on your desk.
