Most car soaps on the market, will damage flat, matte & satin finishes because their gloss enhancers and protection agents contain high pH levels.  Rat Wax® No Shine Car Soap does not!  Its naturally derived citrus base and super concentrated wash (4 capfulls makes 5 gallons) creates slick suds that lift and trap dirt particles so that they rinse off without leaving streaks or residue behind.  Leaving your car looking clean and natural, without the shine.and other harsh elements.

Flat, matte, and satin paints normally have a very thin and porous coating, so you need to be extremely careful in what you use on them.  Most waxes, detailers, and soaps, have either a petroleum base or gloss enhancers that contain high pH levels, which will damage these types of finishes, by changing its original sheen to a shine.
