    Spanish Wooden Ship Galleon
    (Great for Display at a Bar, Hotel, Restaurant, or Den)
    Here's what I know about this Spanish Galleon:
    1)
    It was originally on display at the Monterey Bay, Double-Tree Hotel Bar (see pics)
    2)
    The ship was on loan, (& consignment) from an exclusive store named: Christopher Bell Gallery located in Monterey, CA.
    3)
    On 4/23/98 I purchased the ship from Bell Gallery removing the ship and taking it home.
    4)
    I have the original sales slip from Bell Gallery & credit card slip (amount paid $ 5366.50): original asking price was  ,000.

    The ship has been in my possession since 4/23/98.

    I've recently moved to Oregon, down-sizing family collection

    As I understand it from Bell Gallery, the ship at that time was over 50 years old.

    Very Large- Lot's of DETAIL & Very Heavy  (hard to find anywhere).  Hand-made.

    There is no damage to the ship, masts, wood, rigging etc.

    Approx. size is 3  1/2 feet tall and 4 feet long

    PICTURES:
    The first pictures illustrated in the "Photo Gallery" were taken at the Double Tree Hotel in Monterey, CA where it was on display for several years above their bar area before I purchased it.  The remaining pictures shows it's current location and condition in my home. I have not cleaned the accumulated dust as it needs to be professionally cleaned (I do not want to damage it).
    Disclosures:
    This is an item that you need to carefully examine the photographs as I am not an expert on this particular item.  I would certainly encourage that it be viewed before bidding.

    Too risky to ship-sorry. It is ready to transport- strapped down to an upside table to ensure for easy, safe moving.
